Wines from
Natural Born Wines
Founded by Sam & Oli in 2016, London based Natural Born Wines have a real passion for Italian wines. As importers, they look for fully natural wines that reflect the people and places that made them. When they say ‘natural’ they really mean it, so expect grapes that have been carefully hand-harvested on sustainable, biodiverse vineyards that are free from pesticides, herbicides and fungicides; with no additives or flavourings whatsoever, including (for the most part) no added sulphites.
Naturally Wines by Vincenzo Puleo
Sheffield based importer of some of the most incredible natural Italian wines. Vincenzo believes in representing people, places, travels, memories, ideas, dreams: everything behind a bottle. In a continuous search for people passionate about their job, expert farmers, great winemakers. People whose work is not dictated by trends, but with an independent vision, and a qualitative growth goal.
266
London based importer of wine with a focus on smaller growers who farm their vineyards with care and respect for the environment. Founded by Ben Slater, ultimately 266 want to sell great quality wine and have come to think that this depends to a large extent on good farming. Good farming to Ben & the team means attending to the health of soils in which vines are grown, allowing them to root deep and draw up complex nutrients which facilitate healthy plants and foster flavoursome, healthy grapes.
wayward imports
A company that needs no introduction for most of you, Wayward work directly with a number of small growers from the south of France and have recently added a couple of Italian producers to the portfolio. Steve and the team are interested in working with growers who are in tune with the land on which they work, employing organic or biodynamic practices to produce low yields of healthy fruit from unique vineyard parcels. This philosophy follows through to the cellar where the wine is made with as few additions as possible - in some cases none at all, feeling these wines best express the place they come from and the people that make them.
